Before modern buildings, artificial lights, screens, and paved roads, human beings lived in intimate relationship with the natural world.
We walked upon the Earth. We rose with the Sun. We rested with darkness. We lived among trees, plants, water, animals, and the changing seasons.
Sun ☀️ Earth 🌎 Nature 🌴 is an invitation to consciously reconnect with that relationship.
Our goal is to encourage people and families to spend more intentional time outdoors, learn about the natural world, and explore both the scientific inner standing and ancestral traditions surrounding sunlight, grounding, tress, breath and nature.
More Than Light in the Sky
The Sun is the primary energy source supporting life on Earth.
Plants capture sunlight through photosynthesis. Those plants become part of the food web, produce oxygen, and help sustain ecosystems across the planet.
Sunlight also interacts directly with the human body. Light entering the eyes helps synchronize our circadian rhythm, the internal biological clock involved in our sleep-wake cycle and many other daily physiological processes.
UVB radiation from sunlight can also initiate the production of vitamin D in the skin.
This is why sunlight isn’t simply something we see—it is an important environmental signal our bodies have evolved alongside.
Intentional Sun Connection
Spending time outdoors can be as simple as:
Watching the sunrise
Taking an early-day walk
Sitting quietly outside
Practicing meditation outdoors
Gardening
Breathing consciously in nature
Allowing natural daylight into your daily routine
This section explores Dr. Mitchell’s teachings regarding five important factors associated with the Sun and how they relate to human beings and the natural world.
There are at least five major components that make up the light of the Sun. In the early stages of our evolution, we are affected primarily by the negative factors within these components. As we evolve and become more knowledgeable of the true nature of Solar Light, we then learn to take full advantage of the hidden power of this Light.
The five major components of Sunlight are:
A. Information Factors
B. Universal Forces
C. Energetic Factors
D. Evolutionary Factors
E. Enlightenment Factors
A. Information Factors:
Information factors are intelligent pockets of energy that are somewhat analogous to digital bits of information that are transmitted via sunlight. Ever wonder where all the information in the world came from? Where did Calculus come from? Where did the idea of flowers come from? All of it came from the Sun. To be honest, all of it came from God, but it came to us more directly from the corpus of the Sun. In truth, God is constantly streaming out billions of gigabytes of data every second of every day. Scientist are only now learning that light can carry information. Information factors are created by God and as such, contain the divine spark of creation. The eyes are able to absorb these factors and later pass them on to the brain where they are further processed. Information factors may be stored within the cells of the body for later use. They may also be transmitted from one person to another.
B. Universal Forces:
Universal forces are among the most powerful energies radiated from the Sun. There are atleast five main universal forces that are transmitted via the Sun throughout the solar system. These factors are A-factor, B-Factor, X-factor, Y-factor, and Z-factor. Each of these factors play a specific role in our daily dimensional existence. (Check out our article about these factors within our blog section of the website).
C. Energetic Factors:
This is the main function of sunlight which humans are most knowledgeable. This aspect of the sunlight carriers the electromagnetic spectrum and certain nourishing energy frequencies that are capable of sustaining life. All of the elements that are neccessary for life emanated originally from the Sun. Water, Air, Fire, Earth and all the necessary nutrients for life came to us from the Sun. Each and every second billions of tons of matter are released from the Sun and hurled towards the planets. This matter forms the basics for all life in our solar system. The Energetic factors that the sun releases are able to sustain life all on its on.
D. Evolutionary Factor:
These are certain energetic components to sunlight that specifically help to initiate consciousness and intelligent thought. The Ancients teach that this factor is a new creation that was first released by the sun less than 250,000 years ago. Primarily, it allows humans to evolve and move forward as a species. Evolutionary factor is released continuously by the Sun. There are specific techniques and Solar Mudras that will allow humans to take advantage of this factor.
E. Enlightenment Factors:
There are specific energy factors released by the Sun that are designed to awaken and enliven the human mind. There are specific mudras and mantras designed to selectively guide these energies into the human mind. These energies raise the IQ, enhance creative abilities, enhance musical gifts, enliven the body, and empower the process of enlightenment.
Alongside these teachings, we encourage readers to distinguish between established scientific findings, developing research, traditional knowledge, and spiritual interpretations.
Science and spirituality may ask different questions about our relationships with nature. Inner standing those differences allows us to explore these ideas thoughtfully while honoring the deeper meaning people may find in the Sun.
Take Off Your Shoes. Feel the Earth.
Grounding, often called earthing, is the practice of making direct physical contact with natural surfaces such as:
Grass, Soil, Sand, Stone and Natural bodies of water. One of the simplest forms is simply walking barefoot outside.
From a scientific standpoint, the Earth has an electrical environment, and researchers have investigated whether direct conductive contact with the ground may influence human physiology. Some small studies have reported potentially interesting effects, but research into specific therapeutic benefits of “earthing” remains limited, however there are many studies that proves this phenomenon. But grounding can mean something broader than an electrical theory.
It can mean returning your attention to the present moment. Feel the grass underneath your feet. Notice the temperature of the soil. Listen to the wind, breathe and look around you.
For many cultures and spiritual traditions, consciously connecting with the Earth has also represented balance, stability, gratitude, and a recognition that human beings are part of nature—not separate from it.
Standing Beside Life
Trees are extraordinary living organisms.
Through photosynthesis, trees absorb carbon dioxide, use sunlight to produce energy, and release oxygen. Their roots interact with complex soil ecosystems containing fungi, bacteria, nutrients, water, and countless other organisms.
Forests provide habitat for wildlife, influence local temperatures, help protect soil, participate in water cycles, and store carbon. And spending time around trees may benefit us in another way.
Research examining exposure to forests and green spaces has associated time in nature with improvements in several measures of psychological well-being and stress. Scientists continue to study exactly how these effects occur. But you don’t need a laboratory to begin developing a relationship with nature.
Try a Tree Connection Practice
Find a tree that naturally draws your attention.
Stand or sit beside it.
Place your hand gently against its trunk.
Notice its texture.
Look upward toward its branches.
Take several slow breaths.
Listen to the sounds surrounding you.
Then simply become still.
Whether you inner stand the experience spiritually, psychologically, biologically, or as a combination of all three, the intention is simple:
Be present with nature.
Nature continuously demonstrates cycles.
Seeds become plants.
Plants produce seeds.
Leaves fall and return nutrients to the soil.
Water evaporates, forms clouds, falls as rain, and returns again.
Day becomes night.
Seasons change.
Life transforms.
When children spend time outdoors, nature becomes more than something they read about in a textbook.
They can touch it.
They can observe it.
They can experience it.
That curiosity can open the door to conversations about biology, ecology, astronomy, agriculture, nutrition, environmental stewardship, mindfulness, and our responsibility to future generations.
Try this simple nature practice:
GROUND
Place your bare feet safely on grass, soil, or sand.
BREATHE
Take several slow, comfortable breaths.
LOOK UP
Notice the natural daylight and the sky while safely staring directly into the Sun.
CONNECT
Observe the trees, plants, animals, wind, clouds, and sounds around you.
BE STILL
Give yourself a few minutes without your phone or other distractions.
You don’t have to travel across the world to reconnect with nature.
Sometimes you only have to step outside.
